Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (OMLAC) also provides secretarial, administration, group life assurance and actuarial services to pension funds. This one stop shop ensures that the total costs of administering a pension fund are kept to a minimum.

First Mutual Life is a wholly owned subsidiary company of First Mutual Holdings Limited. Its primary business activities involve the provision of life assurance, retirement benefit products and other long-term financial security products. Through its two main businesses, namely employee benefits and Individual Life business, the company continues to be a pace setter in the market in producing uniquely innovative life assurance products. ZEP-RE (PTA Reinsurance Company) is a regional organisation charged with the task of promoting trade, development and integration within the COMESA region through trade of insurance and reinsurance business. ZEP-RE was created by an Agreement of Heads of State and Government of the COMESA region on 21st November 1990 in Mbabane, Swaziland.<br />
